When I’m not working; I’m in the sauna, teaching and deepening my practice in hot yoga.. going to the beach with my pup, or sitting in a tattoo shop collecting some new ink (MAYBE running a half marathon in Long Beach, CA & a marathon in Honolulu, HI).
